I opened an account on Lande on 10 May 2023. In all l have deposited €100 and bought shares in 10 Loans. As of today 9 September 2024 the situation is as follows:

I think it is fair to say that this is a very poor outcome.

Great vinyl and great flooring expertly fitted

I recently bought vinyl and flooring from Des Kelly in Sandyford. The products were excellent as were the fitting performed by their fitters

Coffee came on time as ordered. It is a very dependable speedy service. I ordered 11 boxes of capsules and these were delivered the following day with no charge for delivery

Flender have introduced a €12.50 monthly fee. This is totally outrageous and unacceptable. It makes my participation on this platform totally uneconomic. I will try and wind down my participation as soon as I possibly can. Judging from all the negative reviews I am not alone in this. The introduction of this fee will I am sure cause a huge number of investors to leave the platform and I would have doubts about its financial viability going forward. I would urge Flender to reconsider this decision in the interests of the company and lenders. If a fee is to be introduced it should be related to the returns or the amount invested. This is the case with Linked Finance which is another company operating in this space. It is not too late for Flender to admit they made an honest mistake and to rectify it before it is too late.

Phone delivered on time and in perfect working order as promised. The price was considerably less than a new phone. Great value highly recommended

4 to 15 days late: 1 loan
31 to 60 days late: 2 loans
60 plus days late: 3 loans
In default: 5 loans
Partially recovered: 1 loan
The partially recovered loan has been delayed for 752 days. The amount recovered so far is extremely small

I have been with Debitum for some time now. I have found them to be reliable and I have not had any defaults on my investments. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. All my investments at the moment are in companies that are rated A+ by Debitum. I have invested in other companies that do not have this high rating and while there has never been a default some of the repayments have been slightly delayed. Overall I have had a very satisfatory experience and return with Debitum.

I have been with this platform for a few years now and I can recommend it. There is never any problem with withdrawals and the interest is paid in a timely manner.

The performance of this company is disappointing to say the least. Many of the projects that I have invested in have defaulted. This is symptomatic of a lack of judgement on their part in deciding what projects they support. Like Glumer2 I have also invested the Tammelehe and Baltic forest projects and these are delayed for around 4 years. Also of the four 5 star reviews that have appeared in September 2 of these reviewers have posted no other reviews except for the reviews of Crowdestate.
