4 weeks for delivery & 0 CS response

Their website stated that delivery will be within 7 business days, so we ordered for a washing machine from them. Turns out it will take close to 4 weeks for their delivery, emailed their CS and sales (which it seems like its a two persons company), 0 response!

I will not recommend buymouse to anyone.

got the full refund but without any apology email whatsoever, 3 weeks and around 30 quid wasted with washing in public machines.

their delivery company "parcel-homes" looks fishy as well.

Waste you ALOT of time when you want to move house for your existing service

It's stupid that they demand you to use the Chat bot (that is the only method!) when you move house and want to continue your service. Instead, no email, no form were used as an alternative.

1. the chat goes back and forth asking your name, your address and new address etc.

2. then Login.

3. you will have to WAIT at the browser for HOURS for someone to pick up.

4. while you wait a AFK check pops up from time to time
"Sorry you're still waiting, we know this isn't ideal but we're getting there.

Just to be sure: Are you still okay to hold?"

when you miss your AFK check, you go back to step 1.

5. srry still waiting for some physical person to answer the chat. I've been trying it for days...


WHY CANT THEY JUST LET US USE EMAIL OR ONLINE FORMS FOR RELOCATION!!!

PS. i moved once before and the earliest available date for relocation was 1 month after.

DO NOT confirm Driver's identity!!

disgusting company that abuses the small prints they place in their car park. Appealed with a valid and firm reason but was ignored.

PS. for those appealing, DO NOT confirm Driver's identity!! They can only sue the actual Driver, not registered owner
