VINTED DO NOTHING ABOUT SCAMS

The buyer protection is a complete scam. If you try to raise a problem you get automated messages saying you have to wait for the process to finish. I purchased something in good faith, then when no tracking information appeared I looked into any scams online and realised that people are using Vinted to obtain money under false pretences. Vinted are doing NOTHING about this. DO NOT purchase anything that says CUSTOM DELIVERY, had I realised in advance I would not have but its too late and I cannot get my money back.
UPDATE 19/06/23 - Still no money back received from Vinted now a month lated. Reported to the police - actionfraud.police.uk

Lovely vet who treated my dog with the utmost care and was brilliant at explaining all relevant details. Didn't feel the appointment was rushed or that I was just another customer.

Damaged goods

Having ordered two bookshelves and a TV Unit the furniture delivered on 27th January. One bookshelf was damaged and TV unit had broken hinge. Was told by delivery team that the hinge would be repaired and the bookshelf replaced. They photographed everything and was told someone would be in touch. Nobody contacted me from FV so on 2nd Feb I called asking for an update. I was then told someone would be in touch within three days but I'm still waiting 7 days later. Called again 9th Feb and told someone will be in touch within 72hrs. Shocking customer service Furniture Village, you should do better.

A good service concept but had to…

A good service concept but had to travel to three different locations to find somewhere that wasn't full. The app said there was spaces at each of the locations tried.
