Absolutely disgusting! Ecotricity had been an original supplier of property we moved in as developer registered all the new flats with them, however a year ago we have moved immediately to other provider. 13 months later Ecotricity decided to snatch illegally without our consent a supply and holding us hostage as they do not want to give it back. they should be investigated by regulator and suspended in all operations. We have been fighting with them for last two months. Please avoid at all cost!!!
