This company is the most unethical company I have ever deal with. They changed they way they charged my credit card, without notifying me. In addition, when I call them to get my money refunded, they declined even though they had not provided the service. I had to get a claim thru my credit card so I could get my money back. I won the case because they did not have any proof I authorized the charges, and they had not provided the services. Thieves!

I am very disappointed with KitchenAid as a brand. They want to make you believe it is a high quality brand, and my mixer failed because of a plastic bearing. I contacted them to purchase the bearing, and they do not sell the part. They want you to pay shipping to a third party company, pay for the repair that you would not know the price until the end, then pay shipping back. To do that, it is better to buy a new one, but I decided to go to another brand (Cuisinart). More watts, for way less money, and the accessories are compatible. I could bought the bearing from Amazon, but the Cuisinart brand was a better deal.
