After struggling to find a suitable vehicle from other dealers I took a chance on Martins of Farnham despite it being a very long way from my home town. They had a vehicle coming in that hadn’t yet been made available for sale. Shanice got the vehicle in for me to view within days of my enquiry, and we made the long trip to view it. I identified some things that needed some work and also test drove it. Martins assured me the vehicle would be prepped and everything checked. I returned the following week to pick the car up and it was so much better than I had expected. All the agreed work had been done to a very high standard and this also included some extra things found when it went through the workshop. They really went above and beyond. Even the little touches like mats and a keyring which I hadn’t expected were a fantastic surprise. I cannot thank the team at Farnham enough for helping me through what was turning into a stressful search for a car and coming up trumps. I now have a really lovely car. Thank you!

As a swimming teacher normal nail polish just doesn’t withstand the amount of time I spend in a swimming pool. My nails were becoming soft and were breaking because of the constant submersion in pool water. Glamrdip has stood up to the demands of my job with ease. So not only are my nails now feeling the best they have done in years, but they are protected from breaking and are finally growing properly. The colours are lovely with so many to choose from. Most importantly the customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend!!

Going through a tricky divorce and needed advice about finances etc. At first they seemed responsive but this rapidly changed once I had instructed their services. I have found them difficult to contact and the solicitors always seem to be part timers, leaving the firm or off on annual leave. They are expensive, seem uninterested in my case and lacking in basic communication to keep me updated. Also ALL of the paperwork collation and filling out of the form E for the financial order was done by myself. Makes me wonder why I have paid them to be honest as the reason I got a solicitor was to take the stress away. It has definitely added additional stress to the divorce and my ex has now got away with dissipating marital assets. I have lost marital asset money that I should of been entitled to. Absolutely deeply regret using this firm but too late now… Won’t ever use them again.

I have never had a problem with Nintendo uk store until now, but this has been an awful experience ordering from them.

I had pre-ordered 3 copies of the new Pokemon game but only 2 were actually delivered in the package. I have been trying to get this resolved since the 18th of November!.

They make it difficult to speak to customer services, webchat doesn’t work and when you do get through, they don’t seem to care but will make you jump through hoops to even get a resolution started.

Customer services asked me to send photos of the parcel label and products and fill out a form. First it wouldn’t accept the file size so had to reduce the file size. Then nothing, no contact from them at all …so I had to ring them again! Literally fobbed off at every opportunity.

They have my money for a product they never actually sent and I am still waiting for my game! I will never order from them again - AVOID!!
