What’s the point in being told to email yourselves then receive no reply AGAIN.
no reply from 3 members of staff after they’ve screwed you over and will not provide any compensation for the extra expenses incurred due to their negligence?? AVOID.

Didn't send a certified form on to mortgage company until 5:20pm the day before exchange and completion.
Made three phone calls on the day of move and told that they had no idea why my mortgage company hadn't released the money. In tears so upset in the car with half the contents of our house on the driveway of the new house. We didn't get the keys that day... left homeless with a two year old over the weekend and had to be taken in by our new neighbours. Appalling.
