Ordered new glass for my stove git it within a couple of days. It was packed very securely and yet not wasteful of packaging materials which was lovely to see. All on for supporting smaller businesses rather than the big multinationals.

I ordered a dress the wrong was was delivered. I emailed snd pretty much got a response straight away. The issue was dealt with no hassle and they responded very quickly to all my emails. I’m in ROI snd had to pay registered post to send wrong item back to the UK snd this was refunded to me. So even though it was a nuisance getting wrong item the problem was rectified very quickly so it wouldn’t put me off ordering again.
