Trolley arrived on time and it was easy…

Trolley arrived on time and it was easy to assemble. It hasn't had a road test yet, but it looks ok. The seat is a great addition which is why i bought it and the price is brilliant for what you get.

I missed the delivery of my parcel and…

I missed the delivery of my parcel and instead of a redelivery the next day or at a time of my convenience, my parcel was taken to a shop and left there for me to collect. I am disabled and have mobility problems so, leaving my parcel there was extremely inconvenient. I phoned the number on the card left and they couldn't even find a record of it as it was "delivered" to a wholesale ethnic food market about a mile away, in a back street that was hard to find, so, it couldn't be redelivered to me. So, I had the inconvenience of either collecting it or losing it. I am extremely unhappy with UPS taking this action with my property and will avoid using them in the future if possible. I would have given a zero star rating as one star is too generous in this case.
