Great service !

I have been using drivalia regularly now for a few weeks and the service has been fantastic.
Cars are modern, clean and in good condition.
Pick up and drop of process is quick and easy.
Shout out to Yamna at the Stansted Airport branch who has been very friendly and helpful.
Would highly recommend Drivalia

Replacement came quickly and was easy to return faulty machine.

Mis-sold a worktop

Mis-sold a worktop. Told it would come with colour fill to match and edging but didn't come with either. I therefore needed to get the fitter back. I was told that the missing items would of been shipped Monday but didn't ship till Tuesday so had a get my carpenter back to finish the job costing me more money.

I have looked into this and it appears as though you placed your order in one of our showrooms. Unfortunately, the staff member who created the order had incorrectly advised that you would receive matching ColorFil and Edging Strip. Whilst I do appreciate the dissatisfaction this caused, it was a simple human error and there was no intention of causing any inconvenience to yourself.

I can see that this was raised with a senior member of our Customer Support team who then arranged for the said items to be sent out to you free of charge, on the next available delivery date.
