Terrible customer call centers

This bank continues to amaze me with their terrible customer services. While on a trip abroad , went to pay with my DB MasterCard and they decided to block my card even though I have all the settings on the app saying it should work on every country.
Of course , you cal the 24 hours international number so this can be sorted quickly or so you think …
Someone answers the call and says in English “ No one can help you in English today , it is a Sunday !” And as I am going to start talking , the guy just hangs up on me.
Well , not happy I called again , now a woman answer in German , no English service on the weekends call Monday ! And again rudely hangs up the phone.
Now explain to a customer please DB , how can you offer an international master card with a customer services 24 hours and have no one decent to help your customer just because it is the weekend !??
Just terrible customer service from arrogant employees that can’t be bother to even hang up the phone properly.

Deutsch Bank customer service or NO service!!!

I have an account with Deutsch Bank and a Mastercard card with them as well for travel. I am away in Asia and I have tried to pay online with my Mastercard on a Sunday and the card was "immediately blocked for fraud" even though I have an app that clearly states that I allow the card to be used in Asia. Obviously, the first thing I did was to contact the 24 hours service in English, however, I was told in English by the customer services agent that English customers services help are available during the week! I then tried to explain with my little German that it was an emergency and the person on the agent just hang up the phone on me! I was so in shock with how rude he was. Still trying to use the card I called again 30 minutes later to an even ruder woman who did exactly the same this time in German.
I normally do not recommend this bank to anyone because I had some bad customer services experience but never to this level ! You are abroad needing assistance from your bank that created the issue to start with and it is disrespected like that.
Needless to say that once I am back in Europe, I will be closing my accounts !
