Long shipping times and returns is rubbish
The shipping time is long and 1 of my items doesn't fit. They seem to make it difficult to return and refund, so I just opted for a gift card and I'll reorder something else.
The sizing seems weird because a medium fits fine on 2 pairs of work pants but the medium jeans were too tight.
