From start to finish our family was treated with understanding, compassion & respect. We opted for the 12 week program to really help our son understand his emotions, learn to regulate them while building heaps of confidence. Chloe is a marvel! Instantly building rapport with our boy and using so many techniques to help him express himself. Over the 3 months we saw his understanding of emotions and friendships develop but most importantly we saw him grow into a confident 9 year old and that was wonderful. Thanks Chloe ❤️

So happy I booked with Manchester Airport Trips ☺️ what an absolute find! Really surprised to discover they’re a family run business, which is perfect for me. They’re trustworthy, reliable & caring. And given I was traveling on my own with my son feeling safe was important. I stupidly booked the wrong time slot 🤦🏻‍♀️ when I realised I was super stressed, but the customer support staff were awesome, so helpful, made sure to book me back in. They checked my luggage sizes by photo to ensure they sent a suitable vehicle. 💯 highly recommend! Big thank you to Tahir & his family 🙏🏼

Riccardo gets 10 out of 10 from me! He really was an absolute star from the beginning to end, if it wasn't for him Octorate would not have gotten my business. Here's why, he contacted me very quickly, booked me in for a tour as soon as he could, he was professional and polite and explained everything. I was a super annoying customer to deal with, I forgot our initial appointment, had to put the call back by an hour because of another work commitment. He very well could have gotten annoyed but he didn't he was always positive and friendly. I liked the personal touch compared to other companies. I reached out to 5 in total, others were slow to get back to me or just didn't bother or tried to get me to sign up to a free trial without first talking to me in person. Riccardo was very good at staying in touch and following up, that's another key point, he pre-booked in our follow up meetings and was always happy to reschedule. He also went the extra mile by talking with me over whatsapp, he really worked hard for my business and that's why he got it. I'm looking forward to using the platform and meeting with the technical team! Oh and Riccardo needs a promotion and a pay rise 😅
