He 'over delivers' and also keeps me in line by managing my expectations from third parties that are not as efficient as he is...he has spoiled me!! You're stuck with me for the foreseeable!! From Reception to the dentist chair and back, I was well taken care of. There was a slight delay to my appointment which wasn't acknowledged but I had a very positive experience under the expert care of Dara Cotton. She is welcoming, knowledgeable and pragmatic in her approach. Always careful to acknowledge my needs as a patient.
