Fantastic customer response and communication from Megan at Hiplok. Lost my spare keys and they offered to swap the barrel as the keys may have been stolen. Unfortunately the barrel swap didn't go as planned and they sent a new lock FOC. Which was great news.

Non Existent customer service from IXON in France. I purchased a pair of heated Motorcycle gloves from Groombridge motorcycles in the UK ( unfortunately now permanently closed) The gloves were great when they worked. I had a 3rd replacement pair for previously faulty gloves which Groombridge honoured. However the 3rd pair are now faulty after 2 months. Tried to contact IXON to ask for help, via their “Don’t contact us” website form, also tried emailing absolutely no response. Outrageous perhaps they don’t went to ever operate in the UK

Bought a pair of AKU walking shoes in May 2022 the Quick lace system failed and the sole wore through between purchasing and failing within 5 months. The retail outlet did try and obtain a refund or exchange but AKU said wear and tear! basically don’t walk in these shoes too much. I normally get 18 months to 2 years from Scarpa and Salomon shoes. Otherwise sizing and comfort were good.
