Disappointed with lack of communication from 'Get The Label'
Their choice of courier isn't my favourite 'Evri' but I did receive updates on the progress of my package.
The boots fit however I don't believe the aren't seconds bought by this company and sold as New.
When I saw the process for returning them and the cost to me, I can't be bothered with the stress. So, have nearly perfect but new boots at a reduced cost. Just satisfied. Wouldn't buy from this website again.

Reliable and quick. Very impressed with this website. Matt Skeet arrived on the date and time I wanted and I was able to pay him on the day, not in advance like other sites wanted than give you a date which is two weeks time!

I didn't read all these negative reviews before placing my order.
I have cancelled my order, I did purchase by PayPal so hopefully my request will be an easy process.

April 2023. Purchased a water dispenser, along with additional filters cost £139.49. Had been using the dispenser as per instructions when 5th June, the dispenser starts leaking. By the way, had to change the filter TWICE within this period, am a single person household user. Contacted ZeroWater, advised to send a video and pictures of the product, I didn't. Requested a return and refund. The dispenser has a fault and the filters have an extremely short life span. The item is collected by courier, all in original packaging including the FREE TDS stick. ZeroWater received the item and have refunded me £19.99. I am currently at odds with them over the balance of my money. DO NOT BUY FROM ZeroWater. They don't read your complaint throughly. I will pursue for a full refund and keep you updated.

At no time was I offered a 'repair'
To anyone reading, please see, other complaints, the filters are only lasting TWO weeks. Plus, we are from all different parts of England. A partial refund is not a mere £19.99 of a £139.48 purchase. You have my dispenser and 1 x unused filter. This isn't a satisfactory outcome.

No complaints. Arrived on the day. Very large and heavy ladder, placed exactly where we asked, excellent service.

Excellent service. Good quality items. Arrived promptly, had to return 2/5 items, refunded quickly and several ways to return. Would recommend and will be buying from them again.
