Subscription issues
Concern and then delays during subscription process, so not subscriber at the end can't juge the product.
Not as other SCPI, customer relationship is there not their first concern...

Concernant les délais de back-office : nous vérifions systématiquement la complétude des dossiers de souscription dans un délai de 48 à 72 heures ouvrées à compter de leur réception, le vôtre n’a pas fait exception.
Concernant les délais bancaires : ceux-ci peuvent varier en fonction de l’établissement émetteur et nous ne pouvons les garantir.
Nous vous confirmons attacher une grande importance à la qualité du service client, c’est d’ailleurs pour cette raison que nous souhaitons être le plus transparent possible lors de nos échanges.

In regards to the back-office delays: our standard procedure, for all our clients, lasts 48 to 72 working hours from the reception of your subscription form, yours was no exception.
In regards to the banking deadlines: these may vary, depending on financial partners involved in the transaction and not on Iroko; we cannot, unfortunately, influence these, nor can we guarantee a standard deadline for these.
