GREAT HOSPITALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM
We arrived at midnight to bring the car we had rented back to Heathrow airport (London). Despite the bad experience we had with the collection of the car in the other office, on the way back we were more than happy to be greeted by Sergio, a really professional and nice guy who made us relax in his company while waiting for the plane time.
Sergio gave us all the information clearly before returning home once his working hours were over at 1.30am.
