I'm a regular customer and love the products. Unfortunately my order didn't arrive last month, even though Evri claimed they successfully delivered it. Confirming my tracking no. Syed from customer services assisted with completing a DOR form and gave me an option of full refund or replacement order. And for the inconvenience a discount code has been offered for my next order. Great patience, customer service and good communication was demonstrated. I have a replacement order on its way. So despite the blip on this occasion I remain a happy customer because of how swiftly and professionally Syed dealt with the matter. Thank you.
