Bought an iPhone 7 from ItsWorthMore through their eBay as a guest. Had to return it because the volume was way too low when calling. Sent it back with their shipping label in a package packed by UPS though I sent it by USPS. It was well protected. I included the cable that came with it. I had only put in a SIM card and texted a couple times with it but could not make calls and hear the other person. Upon returning it, the company only refunded half my money, claiming something was different. They had advertised it as an excellent refurbished phone. They are the ones that did not send what they claimed it was. Since I bought as a guest on eBay I did not get to dispute much and just lost my money. I would be careful about ordering anyhing from this company.

When we received the return, the device still had an active iCloud account. With Activation Lock on, the phone cannot be reset or used by anyone else, which prevents us from being able to resell it. We have messaged you through eBay with simple steps to remove the device from your iCloud account. As soon as that is cleared, we will process the remaining balance of your refund right away.
