Extremely poor customer service.
I has the misfortune of contacting them to try and resolve an issue that my mother was having.
Explained everything to the first call centre rep, who then said "please can you hold for two minutes whilst I check what I can do", but then just passed me onto a second rep who had no idea of what I was on about. I explained everything to her and she said "let me just speak with the service department" and then proceeded to patch me through to a third rep who had no idea of my issue.
I can only assume to get a job in the call centre you have to have such a low level of self respect and job satisfaction that all you do is palm people off to other call handlers until the caller looses the will to live.
Avoid this company.
