Good price but delivery never sent me a code to collect from DHL Collection point. And tracking didn't exsit , called howe tools and took over a day for them to send me a collection code

We’re sorry to hear that there was a delivery issue, on this occasion DHL made an error as our deliveries shouldn’t be able to be received at collection points because of previous negative feedback from customers we removed this option. I used AnyVan to collect a motorbike. The price was fair. Can track the delivery driver also get his or her number and regular updates will definatly use again unlike shiply that was a faff. The bike was delivered the same day by a motorcycle only set up 100% reccomend.
Constantly losing parcels through yodel. Customer service only through live chat takes ages and always losing connection Being told 3 different things by customer service when looking for parcels and waiting for refunds for weeks and weeks
