Lauren from the Sunglass hut in gunwharf quays was absolutely amazing, I’ve been looking for the perfect pair of sunglasses for a long time and have been struggling due to my unusual shaped head lol but she showed me so many sunglasses that were well suited for me and then I struggled to pick out of all the fab choices which has never happened to me before! Thanks to Lauren I left with a stunning pair of bottega sunglasses x

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely disgusting service !
I was told by 2 different agents that as a customer I’m not allowed to raise a complaint because my complaint isn’t valid ? If a customer is dissatisfied, they should be allowed to express this by raising a complaint. I wasn’t even offered a solution for my issue and was told to wait till tomorrow.
What a joke of a company
