Review of Welly Warehouse
Bought a pair of muck boots for £80. Said delivery was free fir orders over £75 in UK, of which Northern Ireland is part. When I went to check out charged me an extra £12 odd for delivery

Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate feedback good or bad as it continually helps us improve our service.
Unfortunately, we still get heavily surcharged via our couriers for Northern Ireland. We do swallow some of this cost but with regret can’t swallow it all. We continually strive to find the best prices for our customers and review our delivery charges regularly.
Our delivery terms and conditions do explain that some postcodes and areas are excluded from the ‘free delivery’. I am sorry if this wasn’t clear and will review it to ensure other customers see this before purchasing.
I hope your purchase went smoothly regardless of the delivery charge and your boots are up to the standard you expected.
