They do not offer a realistic price, it is based on what they think it is worth due to its age. You can have a perfect car and they will still offer you the lowest price. We refused the first price offered and they upped the price. When the guy came to collect the car he was very surprised by how clean the car was and that it was in perfect running order, but they do not revalue the car based on this. We went through this route due to ill health and not being able to deal with callers. They also asked questions which lead you to believe that they will not be scrapping the car e.g. have you got both keys??

From first contact with the operator to having the screen changed was a positive experience.
