Absolutely terrible gym and the customer service is as bad. Not been to the gym for 5 months and still being charged. Spoke to customer services and was informed that will continue to be charged for a 5th month which has put me I debt for the amount of over £300. Tried to come to some form of reasonable agreement but it was like talking to a robot. Absolutely scamsters. Would never use the Altrincham total fitness gym again or recommend this place to anyone. Machine are old and dated and better gyms in the area for less than half the price. Hopefully the chain will be closed down soon.

Absolutely terrible. Payed for 1 year then asked for my wheels to be repaired. They refused my claim with some lame excuse. Would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Rubbish

The service I received from the Asian man with the beard was exceptional. He was polite, efficient and extremely friendly making the experience pleasurable
