spent days trying to install on windows computer but will not work, will say installed but cannot find icon to put code in for first use. had (geek squad) best buy tech troubleshoot problem and they said it comes from unison side. was kinda wherry of product. should have looked at reviews first. b careful people

have issues with customer service. unable to get payoff confirmation for the product. every time I call they say we emailed it to you. never received it going on 2 and half weeks around 20 days since my first call to customer service. my email was verified but for some reason, Acima has refused to send an invoice showing the final payment made. no more of my business.
