The dogs love the food and we love the service. Highly recommend for anyone with fussy eaters or dogs needing a diet upgrade!

We have two very fussy Vizslas. For years, they picked at their food throughout the day, and one was consistently underweight. We even considered switching to a raw diet to make meals more appealing, but with limited freezer space, especially when travelling in our campervan, it just wasn’t practical.

We came across Pure last Christmas at a market (2024). We learnt the food is raw but in a freeze dried powered form, so lightweight and travel friendly.
The website is super informative and makes it really simple to work out the right portions for each individual dog. We started our trial with a few different flavours. From day one with the chicken recipe, both dogs were noticeably more interested in their meals.
We did run into a small issue when one had a reaction to the salmon (the other was fine), but I can’t praise the Pure team enough. They responded quickly and were incredibly helpful in guiding us to the next option. We switched to turkey, which has been perfect for his sensitive tummy, and we haven’t looked back.

Now, we use Pure alongside a turkey kibble to help with dental care and keep costs manageable. We buy enough for two months at a time, which helps reduce the price. On average, we spend around £80 plus a bag of kibble which is not far off what we used to pay for kibble alone, but a huge step up in quality.

We also use Pure’s chicken treats on walks. They’ve made a noticeable difference in recall and engagement, with tummy sensitivity in mind too.

Almost a year in, we’ve noticed their coats are softer and shinier.

And to top it off, Pure often includes little extras in our orders like poo bags or a ball which is a lovely touch.

My partner ordered me a pair of shorts for my birthday. Despite ordering for speedy delivery, they arrived late and two weeks later I noticed an issue with the seam. It took 3 weeks to receive a response from customer services who promised a replacement and to reimburse shipping costs. The parcel has no been returned to them, and was recorded as delivered to them over 2 weeks ago. I have sent 3 emails and heard nothing about reimbursement, replacement or refund.
Good shorts. Shockingly awful customer service.
