Didn’t work for me

First off, can’t fault the company - regular and fast communication, quick delivery.

I’m just really disappointed with these strips, they didn’t work for me at all and I had such high hopes after reading all the reviews. I’ve got fairly white teeth naturally and was hoping these would freshen and brighten them but sadly they didn’t make a difference at all. I found them a bit tricky to stick down at the back and was often left with bits that just kind of flapped around for the duration. Did the full 14 days and zero change, gutted.

Absolutely shocking, don't believe the hype

UPDATE 5/10 (ORGINIAL POST BELOW)
After my original review below, Bjorgk emailed me to offer a partial 50% refund and would allow me to keep the shoes without "making a return and pay the shipping costs which will likely cost you £8 to £15". I then pointed out that they state on their own website that shipping costs are £3.49.

I then received another email saying they would provide a full refund within 4-6 business days. Those days have passed and no refund. When I raised this, the response was that there had been "some errors but no worries". Apparently they have now "successfully" refunded my account, but once again I have to wait 4-6 business days for it to appear.

I am at a loss as to how this company is still in business, I can only assume they pay for fake Trust Pilot reviews which is extremely concerning. Don't be sucked in by their clever marketing, it is all lies.

Absolutely shocking, do not believe the 5 star reviews. Shoes took almost two weeks to arrive, tracking number did not work and link to view the website was down each time. Shoes were far too small and terrible quality.

My first two emails requesting a refund mysteriously never arrived, finally spoke to someone who told me to email yet again which I did, this time emails delivered only to be responded with a request for information that I had already sent. They want to see photos of you in the shoes to prove that they are not suitable, they then constantly offer an exchange which won't work as the next size up would be far too big.

Extremely hard work and frustrating, huge waste of time and money.
