Con - ordered jeans and leggings over a month ago, tracking said they were passed to yodel for delivery 2 weeks ago but nothing received, company says it's not their problem if it goes missing once the order has been passed to the carrier, seems like it happens a lot, wish I'd read reviews before ordering

Initial response to my enquiry from Paul was very helpful, hopefully the rest of the process will also be as positive!

Received my order - one item was missing. That was refunded within a few weeks. Returned several other items over a month ago, have not received a refund. Emailed customer services took over a week to reply. Said that my returned items were received but the refund had not been issued, and they are looking into it as highest priority. That was last week. Have just received the same email again,so my refund has still not been made, now over 5 weeks since I returned them.
