Terrible company. Avoid at all costs
Bought one wig from them about a year ago. The wig was a deep wave and it was decent. Felt they were legit and ordered another wig about 3 months ago. One of the worst wigs I’ve ever had! It was ok the first few weeks. After the second wash the hair was terrible. This was a straight wig btw, how do you mess up straight hair? It was completely tangled, matted, and shed like crazy. I told them about it and they made it seem like it was my fault. Didn’t offer any type of incentive or a refund. They just told me they’ll take money off my next purchase.I blocked them immediately 🤦🏿♀️ they’re inconsistent and dishonest. AVOID IQUEENLA!

We checked the record, you ordered 12A hair wig. Here are a few tips about how to take care of the hair:
1. Don't forget to wash and deep condition the hair at least twice a week.
2. Don't wear the wig while sleeping. And try not to wear it during swimming.
3. When you iron or color it, please consult your stylist about how to control processing time and temperature.
Our hair can last at least 2-4 years, can last longer with well care. We have been working with over 10000 hair companies and stylists all over the world for decades. And all of them loves our hair for long lasting and not tangling or shedding.
