Pottery Barn's Dubious Financial Transactions
I ordered PB furniture via its Savannah, GA store back in April, 2022 (Orders #320953688266 and #320962304277). Nothing but disappointment and broken promises since then. 2 of 3 of the Pismo desks (#678476: Pismo 80" Desk with Drawers, Rustic Warm Gray) I ordered had quality issues, I returned one immediately and reported the 2nd one via emailed photos per their instructions) and PB has been grossly unresponsive to my queries. My custom sofa (it has been paid for since early October, so it is MINE not PB's) was purportedly sent to N. GA distribution center vs. whichever center serves SE coastal region - I have been told with no certainty whatsoever that I should not expect delivery for another 4 - 6 weeks (#9145516 Modular Square Arm Upholstered 6-Piece U-Shaped Sectional with Storage and USB, Down Blend Wrapped Cushions, Performance Heathered Basketweave Oatmeal). Almost 2 months after PAYING FOR THE SOFA. The attitude at PB one of customer indifference and incompetence. Surely they do not expect repeat customers once they've treated a customer with this indifference. I also suspect that PB's issues are built in - they are collecting customer funds for furniture they never deliver. Their supply chain issues are matched only by their customer service in creating a customer abusive environment. PB knows how to reach me from the order confirmation numbers provided herewith.
