Every thing ended well, but input screens on computer don't fuction properly. Some require mouse, some require cursor button and others require tab key and there are no indicators as to which is which. Also does not allow a final check of data before the release. Had a question but 2 days responding to me. Being honest.

I just received my new Zager ZAD20 today. I unpackaged it and examined it for flaws and was pleased that I could not find any. It was not completely in tune, so the first thing I did was tune it. The smoothness and preciseness of the Grover tuning machines had my immediate attention. They are far better than anything I have ever used.
When I played it, I started with a rendition of ‘Blackbird’ so that I coud hear the sounds up and down the fretboard. The intonation was perfect. I checked the intonation at the 12th fret with and electronic tuner and it was right on the money! The tone was mellow with really good volume. The spruce top and mahogany sides and back have the perfect combination for my ears.
The ‘easy play’ claims that I had been reading about were proven to be true and the overall good looks of the guitar reminded me of how I feel when I drive thru a car wash. You just get that fresh clean feeling as you play it. It’s a keeper for me!

Overall a great experience! Signing up was easy and much faster than I expected.
I could have used a bit more information on the Spotify Artist account, such as how and when to connect, unless I just somehow missed that.
Found useful promo information which was a nice surprise. Thank you for that.
I think this is going to be a great company to do business with going forward.
