Really weird business

They have technique problems all the time. I placed the order and it wasn't succeed, I contact the customer service. They asked me to cancel the order and redo it by sending me a new link. MEANWHILE, THEY INCREASE THE PRICE 50 kr UP. That is an astonishing operation!

Very poor internet service

I had their service for more than two years. Everything works fine until they increased the price this year. Then I basically don't have signals everywhere in Denmark. I called their service number a few times. The technicians told me I need to change bmy phone, I need to reset my internet setup, I need to reset my SIM, blablabla.... Just like everything was fine. It is not their fault at all.

Then I went to Germany and France. Outside Denmark, the company borrowed signals from Vodafone, and I never had a second with an issue on internet. I realized that YouSee was lying to me all the time, they know they have huge problems in their service but they choose to hide it. I called them a few times, but they didn't have anyone to answer me.

One more interesting thing to add, during the world championship of badminton. I was in Royal Arena a lot. I found this very interesting phonomena. I have strong 4G+ signals inside Royal Arena. But as long as I left Royal Arena, even just to go to the ice hockey court just beside, there was zero signal on my phone. I guess YouSee tried to protect the signal with international events. That's sounds hilarious. But they did do this. I am here to tell everyone, they are trying to protect their reputation to the foreigners. But within Denmark, they are doing a whole lot of awful work.

Now I changed to another company, with one fourth of the price that I was paying YouSee, but I have signals all over Denmark.

For the reply everyone sees down this comment, I would have to say, that not a good PR. I left Yousee with one month overpaid since they require me to pay seasonally. However, when I called them to cancel the payment, I was told I have signed a one month notice contract. That means even I have paid one month extra, I can not get my money back, even though I do not use their service, even though I have ZERO signals if I continue to use their service. Kasper down this comment said they have been tested for the best service in Denmark, that's in the past. Everything changed this year because they have severe issues in the company. And everyone who works in the company knows about it.

I am sorry to read that you have had problems with the mobile signal. It is unfortunate that you have had these problem while the network we use from TDC Net, actually has been tested as the best in Denmark for several years in a row now.

It took almost two weeks...

It took almost two weeks...
I had my order on Nov.20th and received SMS from Bring on Nov.21. And they replied to me on Trustpilot that they only received the order on Nov.29. Who is lying?

The driver is lying when he/she said…

The driver is lying when he/she said there is no clear address on the package. And the customer service can't not do anything but to let you repeat four times of the whole long package number. It cost me one working hour to get this package and the package is even open when I have it.
