Ordered two items, one arrived very quickly so no problem there. But the other they discovered was damaged in the warehouse. Then there was some back and forth about them having a replacement. Then I didn’t receive a notification that it had been dispatched so I had to email them to chase it up. Then they told me it wasnt available after all and I’d get a refund which I did, but I hope they take more care in future. Not the best experience.
