Why pay for Tracked 24hrs??? Website showed my parcel was delivered to my local office and then 8 hours later it was at an office 50miles away!! Shows the level of incompetent staff. I'd imagine being able to read an address is an important part of the job but from what I see from local royal mail staff they are more interested in cat calling women that walk by and hanging around the pub in work time. It's about time they lost the royal prefix.

Amazing service in the Exeter store. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The chap who I think is a manager is a great guy and always helpful and I had excellent service from Ness when I asked for some information on Hammocks. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Amazing service in Exeter store! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a bright and cheery "Hello" from Issie(?). Fantastic customer service and she even recommended a new wayfarer meal to try. This is how staff should be, bright, cheerful and smiling. 100% recommend the Darts Farm store.

I keep using the Exeter store as they obviously value my custom. When you work hard for your money, you want to enjoy spending it. The Exeter store has gone through staff changes but everyone is always happy to chat, to advise and suggest a new flavour or device. Chloe. Hannah and Ryan make using the branch a pleasure.

Exeter store is slipping into the abyss again! It seems so many of the helpful staff have left and there is a lack of product knowledge and customer service amongst the replacements. One shining light was a lady who said she had recently moved to the Exeter store from another branch but I didn't get her name. Stock levels of camping food are terrible and Sea to Summit range is massively reduced. A chap called Ian who I think is a supervisor is helpful and friendly but his time would be better spent getting new staff up to speed rather than helping customers. Please don't slip back to the extremely low standard of 2 years ago.

Exeter store is great again. There seems to of been a shift in the last few months with a much improved customer service level in the Exeter store. It went downhill for a bit but it's great to go in there now and have staff make eye contact and say hello without the annoying upsetting. Really great service from Pollyanna the other day.

Fantastic service from Ed in the Exeter store today. They didn't have what I was after on display but Ed checked their system and realised it had been delivered that very morning. He quite happily went off to search through boxes and find it. For such a minor item and small sale I was genuinely impressed he went to such lengths. Really nice guy to talk to with excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Not enough time to collect my parcel as I was away for a few days. Nightmare to find the parcel locker as its hidden away in a train station car park!

Amazing service from Tom, Jo and Islay(?) today at the Newton Abbot store. Really helpful and extremely welcoming. They are a credit to the company.

Have ordered with this company twice recently and whilst there was an out of stock issue with the second order, I can't fault these guys. The OOS was quickly communicated along with a suggested replacement and both orders were dispatched in good time. Always easy to deal with.

Quick and efficient service from Hannah in the Exeter store today. From my initial phone call to see if they had the item in stock through to going into the store and buying it everything was faultless. A very helpful and polite approach to customer service. There is another chap in the store with a beard whose name I don't know but he is always friendly, keen to help and extremely knowledgeable.

5 star service in the Exeter store today by Shakeira and Chloe. Always happy, always smiling and fantastic customer service. It seems whenever there is staff turnover at the Exeter store the new hire is even more bright and bubbly than the last person. Shopping here is a genuine pleasure.

Amazing company to deal with. I've ordered a couple of bits recently and the delivery has been super quick and the prices are competitive. Great level of customer care and a wide range of products. It feels like one of the last independent stores that actually stock outdoor gear that adventurers want!

Edit: As you can see I was initially really happy with W2W but one of the items in my order arrived with a manufacturer defect. After contacting wood to water about this they said they would get back to me. My emails to them go unanswered and after checking directly with the manufacturer, Wood to Water have not been in touch with them about replacing the defective item. Such a shame as they seemed to be a company that I would of wanted to use in the future but the lack of customer care is a red flag.

I placed a small order for a replacement part that cost £5. I was treated like I was the most important customer they have ever had. Great communication, ultra quick delivery, excellent kit. I have a range of items from DD hammocks and it is all fantastic. Highly recommended.

I only made a small enquiry regarding an item I had previously purchased from the Sea to Summit range and I can honestly say that The Mountain Boot Company have gone above and beyond with their customer service. Really impressed.

Absolutely a first class company to deal with! I have a couple of items from their Tarp and Hammock range and all of them are solidly built and flexible with their use. This review though is for the excellent customer service I received from Joe. I only made a minor enquiry and a suggestion both both were responded to quickly and positively. Fantastic kit, fantastic customer service! I can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be a returning customer.
