Kieron Smith was really welcoming when we popped in to enquire about a new car. He was personable and although it was his 4th day with the business - he wasn't phased with his new surroundings or being able to advise us on the car we were looking at (and have since purchased!) All through the process, Kieron has kept us informed of next steps and has followed up super speedily with email confirmations etc etc. He made the whole buying experience a great experience and look forward to being able to pick up our car. He's a real asset to the dealership - great personality.

Dolly Dog - The care and attention they gave to our dog when she'd split her ear was so fab. From the receptionist to the assistants to the vet - everything was brilliant. We were kept informed all the way through Dolly's treatment and they fixed her ear - which was important. Thank you to everyone.

The service we received from your representative, John, was fabulous. He spent time going through things and what would be suitable for us without being pushy.
