Spoke to Ben at utility bidder this morning, within 10 minutes he'd sorted our charity a cheaper/better energy supplier, and within half an hour, he'd talked me through my new contract, and got it signed.

Review of UGP - United Gas & Power
Very disappointing!
Not as good as they make you believe they are! After being with U.G.P for 9 months im having to change my review! Not as cheap as you will be led to believe, we are paying over double than we were paying with one of the big 6, good customer service but "Extremely " poor prices, we are a small self funding charity, and these extortionate prices have nearly left us broke, will not be renewing our contract!
I have left the original review below so you can see how much my opinion has changed. Fantastic company, couldn't have been with helpful with our charities switch to them, would highly recommend to any business or charity looking for a new energy supplier.

We are really sorry to hear you have changed your review of the company. In terms of your current contract, you unfortunately set that up in Sept 2022 when the energy crisis was at its absolute peak.
In terms of the price you set up with us, whilst it is high by today's standard, it was competitive based upon the prices at that time.
Regarding the remainder of the contract, we may be able to help with that based upon an early extension on that and we do guarantee to beat any price you receive from a third party. We will be giving you a call this morning to hopefully see if we can help.
