Terrible experience so far

I heard about this from a friend but the no response thing is terrible .they already took my money and my bill has yet to be paid and it’s been 3 days . So now I have no power and I can’t get refund or talk to anyone . I need the money back to back the full thing . Which I should have did in the first place smh . Hopefully you can make this right asap
