Delivered very quick the unit ordetrd is good

Everything went smooth from begining to end the delivery driver Antony was pleasent and efficent

It was a very large window to a different speck to usual shutters that I had fitted in January and I was worried but there was no need the the fitter did a great job everything I wanted it looks fab thanks Clive 118110 amazing fitting

I took forever to get my refund and I lost £40.00 for sending back
Avoid company

I asked for a return #33213 they resonded saying the return is booked .But I needed paperwork to attach they respond by saying courier as not given them the paperwork three emails later still asking for paperwork
Then next thing DHL are knocking on my door couldn't return as they haven't sent the paperwork to print and attach so DHL refused to take them
What is going on with this company they sent such lovely boots all packaged great!!! but didn't suit as to clumpy for my skinny legs and slightly to small
Really worried as now I'm reading people aren't getting there money back either
There definitely something not right its good if you like the goods but try and return nightmare
I suggest small claim courts guys because thats what im doing if they treat me the same will keep updated

Order num 63079 I don't think they deserve one star I've constantly asked with the football kit is for my grandson they say they have despatched should have had it two weeks ago

I don't believe that anyone as recieved there ordered goods at all I did say if I don't get it by 30th I wanted a refund

I have redirected my mail from 12 the crescent de76bj to 31 meadowclose de76dr untill March but letters are still going to 12 the crescent for tina clay and gavin clay
