Do no rent Wiberrentacar through this site
DO NOT RENT THROUGH RENTALCARS.COM. AND DO NOT RENT A WIBERENTACAR.
They recommend horrible rental companies like Wiberrentacar without any support nor consequences when you get conned. I booked a stay as well so because of that I got a very cheap rate for a small car for 2 people. The location near Valencia airport was extremely hard to find and they didn’t allow us to be driven there by anything other than their airport shuttle. We didn’t come from the airport. We were in the area for days. Family drove us there but they got kicked out of the lot by an unbelievably rude and angry employee on Sept 6, 2024 at 10:30 am. Wiber reservation # was 111285805. Location was on a one way highway with zero parking anywhere outside their lot so family driver had nowhere to park. When I asked where was this mention in the terms and where can my family park the same furious employee yelled at me to get out and he cancelled my reservation because “he didn’t like my attitude”. Incredibly enough I apologized and kindly asked to start over but he greened in my face and told me to “go rent someplace else, there is no car for me”. This happened in front of family members and other customers. I had reserved AND pre-checked my info online so immediately upon my arrival this employee saw the very cheap rate I had gotten. He decided not to honor it and looked for a reason to cancel it. Then, unbelievably, my card STILL got charged for the full rental quote I had been given even AFTER my reservation was canceled by this Wiber completely unprofessional person! I had to get the money back through my credit card bank, I had filed a complaint with both Wiber and Rentalcars.con but heard nothing as I’m writing this, a month later. Wiberrentacar is a complete con job of a company They will leave you stranded in a foreign country rather than rent at a discount which they themselves lured you in with. Lucky I was accompanied by family there. And you’ll have no recourse whatsoever. Rentalcars.com does not take any responsibility for the companies they throw at you on their website. They tell you they’re “sorry”.
Read reviews before renting from any company on this site and whatever you do don’t touch WIBERENTACAR!!!
