Bought a 2nd faulty bar and chair set
Bought a faulty bar set and had to wait a few weeks til refunded. Delivery company Furdico were excellent.
Decided to buy a different product second time round, unaware I was now buying from one of their marketplace suppliers, even though my contract and payment was with The Range as retailer.
The refund and return was more complex and now liaising with their supplier direct to resolve.
Be mindful when buying from one of their marketplace suppliers, as it takes longer to resolve when a product arrives damaged.
Also, the marketplace supplier uses a different courier who does not give advance warning of delivery and timings. Luckily we were in at the time to receive part delivery days before and after estimated delivery date given when purchased.
My star rating has now increased from 2 to 4 due to the excellent customer service I had direct with their supplier. My tip would be to speak direct with their marketplace supplier for a satisfactory outcome. If still dissatisfied, then state consumer rights act and insist the Retailer resolves with a refund.
