Bought a 2nd faulty bar and chair set

Bought a faulty bar set and had to wait a few weeks til refunded. Delivery company Furdico were excellent.

Decided to buy a different product second time round, unaware I was now buying from one of their marketplace suppliers, even though my contract and payment was with The Range as retailer.

The refund and return was more complex and now liaising with their supplier direct to resolve.

Be mindful when buying from one of their marketplace suppliers, as it takes longer to resolve when a product arrives damaged.

Also, the marketplace supplier uses a different courier who does not give advance warning of delivery and timings. Luckily we were in at the time to receive part delivery days before and after estimated delivery date given when purchased.

My star rating has now increased from 2 to 4 due to the excellent customer service I had direct with their supplier. My tip would be to speak direct with their marketplace supplier for a satisfactory outcome. If still dissatisfied, then state consumer rights act and insist the Retailer resolves with a refund.

Absolutely thrilled with our glass…

Absolutely thrilled with our glass room. It took just 2 days to install by two excellent AGVeranda specialists who paid meticulous attention to every element of the installation. Professional and friendly throughout.

We gathered quotes from many veranda companies but liked the fact we could visit their showroom and were impressed with what we saw.
Excellent comms throughout from ordering to finishing.

We would absolutely recommend them.

We had to bring in 2 heavy boxes ourselves

Delivery men left 2 large heavy boxes in our porch and we struggled to bring the boxes into our conservatory despite having cleared entrance too. In fact one box had to be left outside and we took parts out separately.

Otherwise very happy with comms and delivery.

Reading so many negative reviews I was concerned but was delighted all arrived in time.

First time using this service and wasn't sure how it would work with no labels to print but using locked pigeon hole system. Worked great thank you.

Spent hour on phone to change a Mr to a…

Spent hour on phone to change a Mr to a Miss. 1st Operator slow amending and changed to infant instead so had to call back again and wait ages once more. However luckily second operator was very efficient and made the changes swiftly. Would have been 5* otherwise.
