Huge scam. Ponzi scheme. Impossible to get your money out.

This is a massive scam, and it is impossible to get your money out. It is a Ponzi scheme on asteroids. And, of course, if you forget about your investment and want to get your wines, it is impossible because they don't have them! Regulators should immediately intervene in this business.

Paid for two tickets and got one! Problems in the stadium

I purchased two tickets and according to the website they had no restrictions. It was actually one ticket for Wheel Chair with one accompanying person. So only one seat!! I paid two seats. Given that we didn’t have a wheelchair this caused problems in the stadium with the policy. It was a big disaster and in my opinion a scam, selling one ticket for the price of two. I should be entitled for a full refund. I would appreciate if you could contact me by email to discuss this matter and the potential full refund.
