Top class customer service

Bethany called me regarding my renewal, and the customer service I received was top class. Bethany was friendly, helpful, her sense of humour was unbeatable and on top of that she was very professional.
Bethany made me laugh a lot and she had patience to listen and explained all my questions which made me feel relaxed. I think your company needs more people like her and I will always remember her professionalism during the phone call. Keep it up Bethany.

Best of the Best

I received a message today regarding VIP tickets that I won. I talk to Stephen on the phone and he had all the patience in the world to explain everything well to me as I was a bit sceptical about the whole thing. He made me understood everything and I was more comfortable. Stephen answered all the questions I asked him and he was very professional.
Thank to him, I now have full confidence in Good Life Plus.
