Disappointed with your delivery service…

Disappointed with your delivery service choice. Furdeco didn’t turn up on their time slot they made! I missed their mobile call on route (which I wasn’t expecting at all) poor mobile signal here! So after waiting in for them and arranging work around it I had to rearrange to another delivery date! As to your Ebac machine itself i haven’t tested nor plumbed in yet due to the rearranged delivery.

If you miss Furdeco’s call on route…

If you miss Furdeco’s call on route they do not bother to deliver product! I was given a time slot so waited in but because of poor network signal I missed their call on route (which I was not expecting or informed of) and they did not turn up! Had to make arrangements again for another day - not helpful with work! Why didn’t you just turn up on your booked time slot as expected?

Kibble so small

Kibble so small, looked like gold fish food, and no good for a medium dog upwards. Also my dog didn’t like it and he’s not a fussy eater!
