I was looking for a particular bath waste and overflow fitting, which was extortionate in most places. I was beginning to lose hope when up popped PCS Bathrooms, selling the exact set at a considerable discount.

I did wonder if it was a case of 'too good to be true' but I took the plunge and couldn't be happier. Item arrived exactly as described and came much sooner than I anticipated.

I was so pleased I went back and bought a bathroom sink tap from their silly sale, the discount really was silly!

What a godsend they are, exactly what has been needed during a lengthy and costly house renovation!

I have ordered the glorious green linen suit previously, and more recently the Sherlock. On both occasions the order has been processed quickly and all communication has been efficient and speedy.

I'd been eyeing up the suit for a while which ended up as a last minute impulse buy for a wedding; I paid the extra for next day delivery with DPD. It arrived in very good time, the suit looked even better in the flesh and (apologies to the bride and groom) I got a lot of compliments on the garms.

I find DPD are one of the better courier services as you get live updates and are always kept in the loop throughout delivery, this only seems natural for a label who (in my opinion) only deal in quality.

This time around I ordered the Sherlock (standard delivery with Royal Mail). Now I could talk at length about Royal Mail's priority treatment of parcel delivery but I wouldn't be saying anything that hasn't already been said by more qualified people and this probably isn't the place anyway. But I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it arrived.

What does that have to do with the review? Nothing really, other than the fact that I am pleased Percival choose to use them. Despite the now shoddy business practices following it's theft... sorry privatisation, Royal Mail is still an institution and we'll miss it if it's gone. New ownership though, yeah?

Upon receiving the Sherlock I realised I had ordered a M instead of a L. I quickly completed the form on the return/exchange portal and sent it back on the same day. The portal was simple, I had a QR code to scan at the PO and I had already received a reply to a quick email question while I was waiting in the queue. Hats off.

I sent a quick email once I had tracking info from Royal Mail about when I could expect the exchange to be dispatched. Usman replied and informed me stocks were running low so he would send out the new size before they received my return. He really didn't need to do that but it just goes to highlight the exemplary customer service on top of efficient ordering and quality menswear. Get that man a drink.

Anyway, I've prattled on enough but I received the Sherlock today in the right size and it's another beautiful garment. Very well put together, classic but very modern. I can't rate Percival highly enough.

I bought a new helmet, shoes and a tool. Delivery arrived in good time although I was light one helmet. Not a problem, these things happen.
Fired over an email, got a reply on the same day escalating it to Callum. Callum needed a couple of pictures and then got a replacement helmet arranged for next day delivery. Top notch customer service.
All in all a good experience, yes there was an issue but that's life. The important thing is Callum and the team dealt with it quickly and in a friendly manner. Bostin!
