Fast and simple

Although the ordering process was fast and simple with no issues. I personally feel the 2 week waiting is a bit long. I know I'm unaware of the reasons behind this, but as a consumer, I would like my goods to sooner.
However I am hoping for fantastic results, if the hype and the marketing is anything to be believed.

Check the small print

Easy enough to speak to and contact via site options.
Although the site may state free delivery, it isn't until you read the small print that you find out its geographical. My wife and I only budgeted for full cost Inc. free delivery, but had we not been able to use the discount code then we would have had to save some more.
