I have found the customer support excellent. I had technical issues getting set up but petTracer helped get me online and tracking my cat in no time. The collar looks great, and doesn't seem to bother a cat who has not worn anything for the first two years of her life. Moving to a new location prompted my purchase. It is interesting to find out where my cat travels to and gives great peace of mind. I loved the fact it had a radio search function also, although I cant quite get that working well, but Im sure if I got in touch petTracer would explain what I am probably doing wrong!

I chose pettracer for two reasons - one, the collar looked lightweight and not a bulky box like other GPS collars. And two, because you have both GPS & radio to track with. Win Win I'd say!
The support team have been excellent getting me connected also. The cat seems happy to wear the collar, so as we are moving house, I feel a lot happier knowing I can track the cats whereabouts.

Very helpful after service and replacement of wrongly measured blind.
