Worst experience ever trying to get…

Worst experience ever trying to get deliveries to site and very unhelpful staff.

If you can purchase your products from another company please do so.

it pains me to hear we didn’t make you happy - sorry we couldn’t deliver the level of service that you expected.

Your order was dispatched in a timely manner with FedEx tracking provided. After you instructed Fedex to deliver your small parcel to a collection point, you requested we contact Fedex to collect the already delivered and bring to your address.
However unusual this request was it was passed on to Fedex who advised the collection point you selected is less than 5 mins walk from your address - the quickest and easiest resolution to your issue.

Considering the feedback you’ve provided on trustpilot to other businesses, it appears that we, along with others, have sadly fallen short of meeting your expectations.

Exhausting Customer Service

As a Company that ordered high volumes of expensive flooring we can honestly say that we will never use this company again. We requested matching stair nosing and a link to what we should order. The link was sent, stair nosing ordered and paid for. When it arrived it didn't fit with the flooring leaving a height difference. Bearing in mind all products ordered were delivered to a site (project) our company was currently undertaking. It wasn't used straight away, but was on site ready. When it came to fitting it was noted that the stair nosing was not compatible with the flooring. We have tried many times to return this, we were given a weeks grace from point of emails / telephone calls back and forth but there was no way this would be ready to be returned in that time, we were to arrange a courier to return it ourselves, even though more flooring packs were ordered the nosing could have been returned at the same time but luxury flooring refused to do this. As a company we are frustrated, with such a service. We have a product that is wasted and money wasted.

2 - provide a delivery date for goods when payment has been
Order placed and payment made still waiting for a delivery date.
Appalling Customer Service.
Whoever has had success with this company are lying, must be internally generated reviews to try and rectify the mess this company is in.

We can't confirm the payment straightway once you confirm, we need to provide the proof of payment to our accounts team to check the transaction and to allocate the payment on the order. Once your payment was received by our accounts team your order was released. Your order is out for delivery today between 10:34 - 11:34.
