Poor customer service

Really disappointed with the customer service at Look Fantastic. I spent £127 on YSL and a free miniatures set was to be included I did not receive this I contacted customer services and was told all sets had run out but they are still advertising this free gift days after my purchase this is false advertising had I ordered from YSL direct I would have received the free gift.

Excellent app

I was very sceptical about buying this after reading the reviews and in the first couple of days got no notifications, on the 3rd day I got a test at my chosen test centre for a date much sooner than my original test would 100% recommend this site just make sure you set it up correctly so they know to get the test for you on the dates you want.

Missing item

Shocking company. Ordered a 50th birthday present on 3rd January tracking was sent in 5th January but didn’t work constantly tried to contact them but was told I couldn’t do anything until deliver date had past even though the tracking was faulty. After delivery date I contacted them again they have now said the parcel is missing and they cannot fulfil the order my friends birthday is Saturday I cannot get another personalised present in that time. I also have to wait another 5?days for my refund. I would not use this company again and would definitely not recommend them.

As for your refund, we’d like to clarify that once it’s processed, it typically takes up to 5 working days to reflect in your account due to standard banking policies. While this timeframe is outside of our control, we ensure refunds are initiated promptly on our end. We apologise once again for all the trouble this has caused.

Worst taxi company ever

Worst taxi company ever! Ordered a taxi was told 20 mins after 40 mins I called them to be told they had no drivers in the area so could be over an hour even though they had taken payment.
Asked to cancel they said yes but I would have to wait for a refund even though it had never turned up do not use this company

Do not use this company they take money…

Do not use this company they take money without you ordering anything using cold callers to try and tie you in then refuse to refund when asked why it’s been taken I am appalled by hello fresh and the way they run there business I would give zero stars if I could

On our website, you can check out our meal plans and recipes up to 4 weeks ahead, so you can then decide if the service is something that suits you. To actually select your meals, you would need to set up an account first.
